This is a great product for use with lessen the irritation/chafing of the strap rubbing against your neck by shifting it slightly to the left or right side of your shoulder. This product is great for anyone who has an issue with any type of shoulder, neck strap rubbing/chafing into the side of your neck and face. 1) Slip the neck positioner over the top side of the cross strap and then snap the locking tab into the hole on the bottom of main frame by firmly squeezing with both hands until you hear a loud click sound. 2) Slip the shoulder strap under the front tongue. 3) Then slide the lock away from point of installation to a comfortable position until the shoulder strap is away from your neck and/or breast area. A lot of children go through the struggle of having their neck irritated after sitting in a prolonged position with the strap rubbing against their neck. This product eliminates that once in for all! It's also great for shorter people who encounter the same issue. This product will allow for you to sit comfortably.
