Note: we send UV light from FL in USA 24V UV Lamp bulb must be replaced every year, the UV-C lamp disburses their germicidal effectiveness over time, even if the lamp is illuminate , it must be replaced in order to reach maximum potential over one year. Installation of Bracket and Light Bulb(with magnetic bracket) 1.Turn off the power to AC systembefore installation 2.Determine the location whereyou want to install the lamp 3.Slit the insulation on the wall of the air handler to expose the inside metal surface 4.Attach magnetic bracket to the metal surface 5.Attach light bulb on the bracket by using provided nuts 6.Connect the quick connectorfrom ballast to the light bulb and then pull rubber water-proof cover over thelight bulb base Installation of Bracket and light bulb (without magnetic bracket) 1.Turn off the power to AC system before installation 2.Snap the magnetic bracket by bending 3.Drill a 1” hole on the A coil 4.Attach the smaller piece of the bracket by using the self-tapping Screw 5.Insert the UV light bulb into the hole and then connect the quick connector from ballast to the light bulb and then pull rubber water-proof cover over the light bulb base Viewport Installation 1.Determine suitable locaiton on the exterior of the air handler where near the UV lamp and drill a 1/2” hole 2.Pressure viewport into the hole 3.Turn on the power and check uv light is illuminate through the viewport Thoughtful Reminder 1.Eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by these UV lamps 2.To reduce the risk of exposure to UV-radiation, take UV-radiation protective measures for personnel servicing this device
