While we believe that using ice is the best cooling method, you may want to avoid the moisture that ice produces when it melts. In this case, the next best option is to use 2x3 refreezable ice packets (not included) or regular ice cubes in 2x3 resealable plastic bags (not included). Environment will affect how long ice packets will last, but these methods can keep you dry and cool. We understand how miserable getting too hot can be, that's why we made it easy to cool down no matter your situation.
