Our clear plastic pellets are perfect for protecting and cushioning fragile stones while tumbling. Also, use to fill your barrel to the recommended level, improve tumbling action and quiet the tumbling process. Be sure to use a fresh batch of pellets with every grit size or polish change since the pellets can never be perfectly cleaned once embedded with a particular grit size. This large 2 lb. bag allows plenty of pellets for each grit level and plenty for multiple tumbler loads. Most pellets come packaged in cheap plastic bags that easily tear and spill. We use a thick, re-sealable bag that won't break and cause a mess. If you have extra pellets - just zip up the bag and use it for a later project.
