ESP extra heavy weight chemical fine fiber pad is our best and most expensive chemical meltblown pad. Always use an absorbent made from polypropylene when handling hazardous or unknown liquids. Bright yellow in color makes them easier to locate and warns that a hazardous liquid may be present. Ideal when you need a fast-wicking, chemical absorbent pad. These pads are precision- engineered and manufactured using state of the art Exxon technologies to maximize durability and fast wicking. This sorbent is made up of three layers sonically bonded together. Top and bottom layers are made from micro fibers of densely woven polypropylene. Core is made from high loft polypropylene. Pads are boxed making shipping economical. Minimal linting. Pads are perforated down their center. High chemical resistance. Ideal when you need a fast-wicking, chemical pad for rapid spill response. Use to clean up a wide range of toxic, flammable, corrosive or aggressive liquids. Always use when there is a spill of unknown liquid. Fire retardant as per ASTM 726.
