Wear Earrings as Usual After you've added these earring backs to up to piercings, you'll be able to wear your earrings as usual. You may feel more confident than usual, however, due to the fact that the earrings will be centered more securely on your ears. ATTENTION: Don't Work With All Piercings While these backs work with all earrings, they won't work with all piercings. If you have a nose ring, eyebrow ring or belly ring, for example, they won't be able to help you hold any of these on securely. Not Compatible With Clip-ons If you're someone who chooses to wear clip-on earrings instead of getting your ears pierced, they won't help you secure these or make them look more attractive, either.
