Gently peel off the backing paper from the adhesive sheet.3. Remove the footpad from its protective packaging. Place the footpad (side with letters) on the center of the adhesive sheet.4. Attach footpad onto the center of the foot. To ensure the footpad stays in place we recommend carefully putting socks on over the attached footpads. Leave on for 6-8 hours. 5. Remove the used pad and discard. Avoid touching the dark part as it now contains toxins. Thoroughly cleanse feet. NOTICEDo not use on open wounds or anywhere other than feet.
