A: This player only support max 480P videos (not support HD videos like 720P or 1080P).If you want to play the MP4 from USB, you must ensure: 1) USB/SD Drive format is FAT32 & within 32GB; 2) MP4's resolution is within 720*480. If your mp4 is 720P or 1080P, you need to convert it to 720*480P & encoded to "MP4V" (not "H.264" and "AVC01") by a Pixel conversion software. 2. Why no sound?
