Large stainless steel Worktop is 18 gauge with 1-1/2 inch (38) reinforcing angles to withstand rigorous work environments. Channel ledges easily store up to 15 full or 30 half size sheet pans. All swivel 4 inch casters, 2 with brake, provide the flexibility to work in various locations. 12 gauge stainless steel legs provide exceptional strength.
