The fresh array of enhanced designs blends the very best of Le Creuset's classic forms with the latest ergonomic and functional innovations. Each piece passes through the hands of 15 skilled artisans to ensure flawless perfection with key advances that make cooking and serving even more comfortable and convenient. While the Signature Range may look much like its Classic counterpart, the range includes newly engineered lids, enhanced handles and an advanced interior enamel. The lids have been given an improved heat resistance with newly designed, ergonomic knobs that can withstand heat up to 500 degrees F. The natural, sure grip that is provided with the larger knob size works hand-in-hand with the built-in lid stabilizers that help seal in flavor with a more secure fit. To further enhance comfort and stability, the Signature Range features up to 45% larger handles making them easy to grip even when wearing bulky oven mitts.
