Extend the life of your original "H" style MagSafe with a Magsaver! Our patent-pending product will extend the life of your Magsafe, by protecting the cable against premature breaking. Fits original 60w and 85w "H" (or square) head Magsafes. (doesnt' fit "L" head Magsafes). The most common failure point is where the cable meets the MagSafe tip, and the MagSaver stabilizes this to prevent the wire from cracking at the tip solder joints. The Magsaver extends the length of the original tip, to give greater mechanical advantage over the magnetic connection. This means you can pull the unit by the cable without risking damage to the connector, AND you'll find it much easier to remove and connect your MagSafe! The MagSaver is installed by hand in a simple process-just slide your Magsafe tip in, press it together, and slide the retainer pins in place. Made of high quality shatter-proof ABS.
