This malt is known for its distinctive creamy, sweet, Wheat flour taste. It is often used to make hefeweizen and other traditional Wheat beers. Runs efficiently through the brew house with slightly higher protein and richer flavor than white Wheat malt. Improves head and foam retention in any beer style.
