The very first character to ever be based on a pair of nippers: Celine P Nippers, better known as Nipako is once again joining the minimum factory series of plastic models in a special color scheme for spring! The model kit has parts separated into different colors and comes with decals for the eyes and collar line, meaning that just putting the model together looks great even without the need for paint! The eyes come with both opened and closed decals allowing you to choose which expression you want! Be sure to add the rather different colored Nipako to your collection!.
