Retro Mega Man wooden coasters inspired by the classic game. Now you can drink your beer, or any other beverage in style while geeking out a little (It's a good thing) This set comes with 4 coasters depicting 8 bit Mega Man in different poses. These coasters are handmade out of furniture grade Walnut plywood, laser engraved, and then hand sanded, coated with a water-resistant clear, and once that's all done they get water sanded with a very fine grit to give each coaster a little bit of a shine. These coasters measure 3 7/8 inches (98mm) tall, 3 3/8 inches (86mm) wide and are 3/16 of an inch (5mm) thick. I use walnut plywood instead of solid pieces because plywood is more resistant to warping otherwise the coasters would have to have to be 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch thick to make sure they wouldn't warp. All of these items are handmade, therefore, there might be slight differences from one to the next. It is wood after all so depending on the grain of the wood, some coasters might look darker or lighter than other ones. I would recommend patting the coasters dry after use if possible to try to prevent staining. Also depending on the design, some areas might be really delicate and small (for example the triangle inside of the letter A) so please do not start picking at the coaster because it is wood and with enough force, it will break.
