Has hook and loop chin strap on hat, hanging tassel, and soft sherpa lining for added warmth and comfort. Elastic on mitten wrist and hook and loop chin straps for easy on wear and a secure fit. Several color options: Neon Pink, Dark Purple, Pink, Fuchsia, Turquoise, Light Purple, Fuchsia with Embossed Chevron Print, Black with Embossed Chevron Print. 4 sizes to choose from: 3-6 months, 6-18 months, 2-3yrs, 4-7yrs. For sizes 3-6 months and 6-18 months, the mittens do not have thumbs. For larger sizes 2-3yrs and 4-7yrs, the mittens have thumbs. Tested and approved as per CPSIA standards.
