This Opto 22 MP120D4 solid state relay provides faster response time than an electromechanical relay and resists vibration. The diode has an optical isolation of 4,000 V for insulating the circuits, and the device has a voltage rating of 120 VAC and a current rating of 4 amp. It has Low-power Schottky transistor-transistor logic (LS TTL) for compatibility. It has zero-voltage switching to reduce arcing and extend the life of the device. The MP Series has a minimum footprint to allow maximum relay density on the printed circuit board.
