My housewarming party was a hit, and the star of the show was the badminton set up I had in the backyard. Everyone loved playing! I love my new house and was so excited to have my close friends and family over to “break it in.” The backyard is enormous, so I tried to figure out what games I could put out there to keep everyone entertained. I decided on a badminton set and cornhole. I went to my local sporting goods store and found a cornhole set, but the badminton equipment was very limited, so I decided to look online. There was a much better selection online, but I noticed that almost every set didn’t include a net. I ended up piecing together a set. The party (especially the badminton game) was a huge success. At the end of the night, I was cleaning up and noticed the rackets and birdies were pretty beat up. These games were intense, but not that intense! Oh well, they served their purpose. After I tossed that set, I had the brilliant idea to design a badminton set of my own. A high quality one. With a net! So that’s exactly what I did.
