About Quincy 30AF Hydraulic Forced-Air Gravity Convection
Energy-efficient, low-watt density sheathed elements are engineered into a compact design for quick run-up and recovery times. The control panel is equipped with an illuminated on-off rocker switch and a heat/cycle pilot light. Exteriors are painted light gray and have a hard, scratch-resistant finish. High-impact thermoplastic door handles ensure durability. Heavy steel double-wall cabinets are built to last. Work space is insulated from the outer cabinet with one inch of high-density mineral wool and interiors are made of corrosive-resistant aluminized steel. Temperature range: 54 to 225 degree C. Equipped with dual range dial thermometer in door, accurate to within 1 percent of full range. Supplied with two adjustable, chrome-plated wire shelves and supports.
