About Revell Germany Bell OH-58D 'Kiowa' Model Kit
The Bell OH-58 Kiowa is a family of single-engine, single-rotor, military helicopters used for observation, utility and direct fire support. The OH-58 has been in continuous use by the U.S. Army since 1969. Kit has engraved panel lines and rivet detail, detailed cockpit interior, 1-piece tail blade and rotatable main-rotorhead with separately molded blades, spotter pod equipped with a laser designator, molded on cockpit and cabin doors, landing skids, clear parts for cockpit and cabin windows and fine external accents. Decals and markings for (2) U.S. Army, Germany 1993 helicopters: 85-24724 and 87-0744, 1st Armored Division - includes instrument panel.
