The grippy, heat-absorbing base provides better stability on camping stoves. The Pivot-Lock handle locks firmly in place for confident food handling and rotates to secure the lid in place for transportation (no more stuff sacks or lids rattling in your pac). The unique slotted pattern in the lid strains perfectly and the silicone Lid-Keep lets you rest the lid on the side of the pot. NOTE: Not to be used on an open fire or induction stove.
