Our direct replacement tube sets can be replaced in minutes. All tube sets within each Perimax series pumps are interchangeable. For example, our TS203S silicone tube set will fit in any of the PM200, PM203 or PM216 series pumps. Our TS300F replacement tube set will fit any PM300, PMB300, PM3000 or PMB3000 Series Pump. This feature allows quick and easy tube set swapping when switching fluid types or simply experimenting or prototyping with different applications and fluids. We offer eight common tube materials: Norprene Food Grade is perfect for most food, beverage, diary and cosmetic applications. Norprene Industrial is very versatile and long lasting pump tubing and a great alternative to silicone for water based applications. It is great for soaps, disinfectants, inks and waste water. Norprene Chemical is the ultimate tubing for maximum chemical compatibility. Compatible with acids, salts, alcohols, bases and ketones. Tygon Fuel and Lubricant is compatible with most hydrocarbon based fluids, gasoline, cutting compounds, kerosene, heating oils and glycol based coolants. Tygoprene is a great and effective alternative to silicones and PVC. It has a long flex life In tubing pumps and meets FDA and NSF 51 criteria. Tygon Extra Long Life has the longest flex life of any clear Tygon tubing. It is suitable for medical, pharma, printing ink, surfactants and many food and lab applications. Versilic Silicone is the softest of the tube types. Use for most water based fluids. Viton provides wide temperature range and great resistance to a long list of chemicals.
