Usage suggestion:CevicheOysters Sushi Fish taco Sauces Fish curry Poke bowl Shrimp, dill and sour cream open sandwich Seafood pasta Recipe: Skagenrøre with SkreiperleIngredients:2 dl crème fraîche or sour cream1 dl mayonnaise 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 500 g peeled shrimp 2 tbsp finely chopped chives 2 tbsp finely chopped dill100 g Skreiperle1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp lemon juiceRomaine lettuce or iceberg saladSalt & pepperToasted seed bread for servingPreparation:Mix the crème fraiche or sour cream, shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, chives, dill, Skreiperle and lemon juice in a bowl. Rinse some lettuce and place it on a plate. Transfer the mixture into the lettuce "bowls". Garnish with dill and serve on toasted bread.
