Product description The blue rabbit of the Flemish town of Beveren came to Britain early in the 20th century. It was the parent of new fur breeds and today is considered an aristocrat among rabbits. This book holds the knowledge I gained from breeding, showing and judging all five colours of this lovely animal. About the Author Harry Nicholson now lives in North Yorkshire, England. He had a first career as a radio officer in the merchant navy. A second career followed in television studios. For some years he kept a small farm and devoted his free time to helping recover the Beveren rabbit from the brink of extinction. Since retirement he has devoted himself to art, poetry and the teaching of meditation. His other books include the historical novel 'Tom Fleck' and the anthology 'Green Linnet'.
