In case of jamming, you can turn the"R" button and the Auger will be rotating in opposite direction, and the head will get empty quickly.And let the sausage grinder to cool down then use it again. 3.SAFE AND SIMPLE--Equipped with "Dual Safety Switch".Only start the machine when two switches are all in the "ON" state. Avoid turning it on accidentally. 4.Built-in Overheating Protection System--During operating, the motor will generate heat. The Overheating Protection System will detect the temperature and automatically cut off power if the temperature too high. When the motor cools down, it can work again. Extend its lifespan! CARE INSTRUCTIONS: ☀ No matter what you do Don't ever dishwasher meat grinders always hand wash them. And make sure to get it all the way dry before storing it will prolong the life of the item. ☀ Make sure grinding blade incorrect direction(install blade sharp side outward). ☀ Can Not be used with the fruit/vegetable strainer parts(fvsp). ☀ A bleaching solution containing chlorine will discolor aluminum surfaces. * Thinners and petrol will crack or change the color of the unit.
