An integral part of a paper mill, the cornerstone superior paper Kraft mill is typical of a modern Kraft paper facilities found across the continent. Inside, material from Pulp tanks is blown through an airlock into the Kraft mill, separating wood fibers and creating a fiber/water solution brown stock. Special washers remove spent chemicals and other by-products. Typically, the Pulp is bleached at this stage and screened one final time. Clean Pulp is sprayed onto wire conveyors to drain off the water. It is then pressed into sheets. Most sheets are fed directly to the paper mill while others are dried, cut, stacked and bailed for storage or shipped as a commodity. This plastic kit includes the corrugated-metal structures, rooftop details and appropriate signs.
