This is a rare November 13th, 1939 broadside (single page playbill) from the two-week, Pre-Broadway tryout of the COLE PORTER musical comedy "DU BARRY WAS A LADY" at the Shubert Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts. (The production would open December 6th, 1939 at the Forty-Sixth Street Theatre in New York City and run for 408 performances.) .....
