Description The front hitch for mounting for Towever 84121 hitch riser needs to measure between 10-13 from the ground to centerline of the 2 receiver hitch. When a vehicle is too high or too low, The offset 4 in. drop/rise extension hitch will be required. This offset attaches to the Quick-Link receiver that is mounted to the front of your vehicle.
