About Sharpener Attachment For Reciprocating Saw With

If you ever need to quickly sharpen a knife or other sharp edged tool, try out our new sharpener attachment for a reciprocating saw. This attachment will fit all standard reciprocating saws, and will make sharpening any of your tools a breeze. For some basic instructions see below: Instructions (for video tutorial visit supremetech.biz\rs) *Place knife or other tool you are sharpening in a vice to hold it securely *Secure the sharpener in your reciprocating saw with the side you want to use facing down (the sharpener can be placed with either side facing down). It is usually recommended to start out with the 200 grit and then switch to the 400 grit for fine tuning. *Place the sharpener lightly against the knife or other tool you are sharpening. *Make sure the end of the sharpener will not knock into the knife or tool when your saw is in operation. *Turn your reciprocating saw on. *Move the sharpener back and forth across the blade or other sharp edge. *Ensure that you are applying little to no force to the blade and keep the sharpener at the same angle as the edge of the blade you are sharpening. *If you started out with 200 grit, switch to 400 grit and use until the tool is sufficiently sharp. Note: The edge of your sharpened knife or tool may have small gnarls in it, but this should not significantly affect the cutting ability.
