Tough, flexible PETG roller bottles offer a safer, more convenient alternative to conventional polystyrene roller bottles Standard surface bottles offer 1050cmExpanded surface roller bottles have specially-designed pleats that expand the available growth surface, providing up to 2.5 times the growth area of flat-wall bottles. Pleats are oriented in the direction of rotation to minimize turbulence while rolling. Flat panels between sections of pleats allow microscopic viewing and drainage during medium replacement and harvest. Bottles include a 48 mm standard cap, except for the bottles with a vented cap. Printed, easy-to-read graduations aid in the measurement of medium fills. Bottles are blown-molded and have no sonic welds or other leak-prone joints. Lot number and expiration date are printed on each bottle to maximize traceability.
