The Carlisle tray is ideal for use in a variety of environments including school cafeterias, health care institutions and correctional facilities. The trays are designed to hold a “Type A” lunch following National School Lunch Act guidelines. The trays feature flexible serving combinations with three smaller upper compartments, two larger lower compartments and a flatware holder.Made from rigid melamine with a glossy china-like appearance, the plastic lunch tray is highly resilient to breakage, scratching and food acids. It is safe for use in temperatures ranging from 0 to 212 degrees F. The trays are dishwasher safe and fast drying for easy cleaning.
