NOTIONS: Thread; Skirt − 1-yard of 1-Inch Wide Elastic; Petticoat − 1-yard of 1/2-Inch Wide Elastic, 6-yards of 3/4-Inch Wide Lace; Applique A − 2-yards of 1/8-Inch - 1/4-Inch Wide Flexible Braid, Approx. One Hundred-Twenty Small Pompons, One 1/4-Inch Ball Button, 1/4-yard of 1/4-Inch Wide Ribbon, Fabric Glue; Applique B - Two 1/4-Inch Jeweled Buttons, 1/8-yard of 3/8-Inch Wide Metallic Braid, Jewels or Rhinestones (to Decorate Collar), Loose Sequins and Fabric Glue (Opt.); Applique C - Embroidery Floss, Loose Sequins and Fabric Glue (Opt.); Applique D − 1 1/2-yards of 1/8-Inch - 1/4-Inch Wide Flexible Braid, One 1/4-Inch Ball Button, 1/8-yard of 1/2-Inch Wide Ribbon, Four 3/8-Inch Buttons.
