This tutu is perfect for themed races and guaranteed to provide glamour and fun to your run. The 3 layers of lightweight tulle material allows tutu to not slow down any runner during a race. The black elastic waistband stretches from 23" to 39", giving a one size fits most fit. The stretch waist also provides extra comfort for runners during long races. The tutu length measures 11", but can also be cut to length.
