About Corning 2505 Polystyrene Flat Bottom 96 Well
This Corning DNA-BIND 96-Well microplate is made of clear polystyrene. DNA-BIND surface covalently binds to amine groups, and provides a convenient method to covalently immobilize aminated ssDNA by either the 5’ or 3’ end for hybridization and/or amplification, and for other DNA-based assays. Recommended working volume of 75 to 200µL. Lid is available for this microplate (sold separately). Individually wrapped with 50 microplates per case. Non-sterile. Material: Polystyrene.
