• This diverse 10-bottle assortment features two bottles of all five flavors. This Yokan was made by Eitaro's traditional techniques and can be easily enjoyed anywhere without you having to slice it.We used Hokkaido azuki beans for a smooth texture. This traditional yokan has been passed down through the generations by skilled artisans, resulting in an easy-to-enjoy product born from the pride and spirit of our confectioners.

• [SHOZU]We kneaded so as not to destroy the flavor of adzuki beans from Hokkaido.

• [OGURA]A deep-flavoured Yokan made with white adzuki bean grains in a smooth sweet SHOZU Yokan made with adzuki beans from Hokkaido.

• [OKINAWA BROWN SUGAR]Brown sugar is kneaded using only OKINAWA BROWN SUGAR. It has a strong brown sugar flavor and a deep flavor.

• [MATCHA]Uses fragrant Uji matcha. A refreshing yokan that harmonizes the flavor of white kidney bean and matcha.
