NOTICE: 18" hurdles are currently shipping in a reddish/orange color. The agility mini hurdle is made of heavy duty PVC material. Light in weight and ideal for speed and agility development drills. Agility hurdles can also be used for rehabilitation. Endless possibilities. Three heights available. Hurdles are approximately 18.5 inches wide. Yellow color. Hurdle suggestions: 6 inch - Footwork drills involving speed and/or fundamental movements. A basic "warm up" hurdle to prepare for taller hurdles. Commonly used in rehabilitation settings. 9 inch - A mid-range hurdle recommended for drills where the foot must elevate at least 9 inches. Can be used as a warm up hurdle for taller athletes. Rehabilitation. 12 inch - Great for "high knee" training. Can be used as a mid-range hurdle for taller athletes. Rehabilitation.
