Helix Tinder is a completely waterproof fire starting tinder designed to fit into and store within the Victorinox Swiss Army Knife corkscrew. Helix Tinder is non-toxic, 100% waterproof, easy to light, scent free, and has an indefinite shelf life. Helix Tinder will not melt in your pocket even in extreme heat conditions. Helix Tinder comes in two sizes: FireAnt size - integrates with the FireAnt sparking tool to store inside the corkscrew. Each FireAnt size Helix Tinder is 15mm in length and weights approx. 0.3g. FireAnt tinder refills come in packs of 12. Firefly size - each Firefly size tinder fills the entire corkscrew and measures 25mm in length and weighs approx. 0.5g. For use with the Firefly toothpick sparking tool. Firefly size tinder comes in packs of 8. Helix Tinder comes in two types: High Visibility Orange - standard bright orange Helix Tinder with a steady predictable burn. Approx. 2 minute burn time. 100% waterproof. Tactical Grey -low profile grey color Helix Tinder with added extreme wind resistance. Burn is more erratic but hotter. Approx. 0.5-1.5 minute burn time depending on wind conditions. 100% waterproof.
