Six of these handsome steak knives from R.H. Forschner by Victorinox come tucked in this press-fit storage box. Each shows a black nylon handle in traditional triple-rivet styling, and a five-inch, serrated blade stamped out of high-carbon, no-stain steel that is hand-finished in Switzerland. Unlike many stamped knives, these have a full tang for superior strength and balance, and the sharp edge slices through a fine steak without tearing.
