About LifeStraw Max – High Flow, High-Capacity Water
The LifeStraw Max is a lightweight, durable, portable, compact, high-throughput, water purification system. This high-flow system instantly purifies source water at a rate of up to 150 liters per hour* at minimum 1 bar inlet pressure (maximum 6 bar pressure) without the need for electricity, battery power or chemicals. The easy setup, low footprint design is ideal for operation in survival and emergency situations (fires, floods, earthquakes, water contamination), humanitarian aid and remote job sites in need of safe water access. The LifeStraw Max removes viruses, bacteria, parasites, microplastics and includes an advanced carbon filter that reduces lead and chlorine. The portable, compact system can be continuously filled by a pressurized water system (tap, water pump or gravity system), providing safe drinking water for up to 1,000 people for several months without needing to replace the filters. A sustainable source of safe drinking water that also provides social impact: for every product purchased, a child in need receives safe drinking water for an entire school year.
