Installation Instructions: 1. Find a suitable load bearing wall, floor or beam (if mounting to ceiling). 2. Place anchor on wall, floor or beam, mark the holes with a pen or pencil. 3. Drill holes on the mark point (the diameter of the hole is about 0.5in and the depth around 0.08 inches). 4. Knock the expansion bolt in the hole. 5. Fix the anchor by the expansion bolt and fully tighten bolts (The anchor should be flush with wall). 6. Test the anchor before use ensure it is adequately secured to wall before using with body weight exercises.
