Use this self-massage tool to apply targeted, sustained pressure to help relieve tension and soreness in the neck, shoulders, chest, arms, hands, back, hips, glutes, feet and more. Use while lying down, sitting or standing and simply relax into the comfortable pointed top, allowing your body weight to apply the pressure. The suction base adheres to some hard surfaces and allows the tool to tilt, allowing you to find the preferred angle for working out tightness in hard-to-reach areas. Can also be used as a hand-held tool. Measures 3” diameter x 2 1/8” high (2 ¾” high with base).
