The Heavy Duty Handles allow neutral and twist grip pull ups for maximum pull up versatility. Attach to any pull up bar up to 1.5" in diameter. Great addition to wall mount and rack pull up bars. Sold as a pair. They are also great for use with fitness bands, with cable machines, and on strength training equipment (hand mines, kettlebells, loading pins. etc) These items ship out next business day with a maximum of three days in transit anywhere in the US. The FitBar Pull Up Handles provide many opportunities for the user to perform pullups using different pull up grips. Another minor benefit to the using the Pull Up Handles for pull ups is that they effectively lower the pull point for the user. For shorter gym members this is a benefit, as it eliminates the need to stand on a stool, or have a special lower pull up bar for the user.
