The Attach-Mate: Wing Chun Dummy Trainer is a great addition to any bag for your honing your skills. This portable muk yan jong or mook jong can be attached to pretty much any freestanding or hanging bag and be used by all skill levels with ease. Features Very Portable Fits over all free standing and hanging bags Spring action arms Long lasting durability The spring action mentioned above is achieved by the way the arms are connected through the flexible base plates. There are no actual springs in the arms. This creates a sturdy base for the arms and allows for some give when hit. The manufacture refers to this as "spring action" but we feel that it needed a bit more clarity as to how it actually works. What You Get: You get two flexible base plates that are made of a durable plastic, 3 plastic arms, and 3 extra long straps that allow the whole system to be attached to pretty much any size punching bag. How It Works: The way that it works is there are three holes cut out of the upper base plate that arms slide though and fit securely so that they are tight and will not come all the way through. You then take the second solid base plate and place it behind the plate with arms, locking them in place. There are three slots on the sides of the plates for the straps to slide through and attach the whole systems securely to your bag. It is designed to be simple and durable, so that it is easy to set up and will last you a long time.
