The Protos Integral Arborist helmet from Pfanner is simply the most advanced helmet system available today. The perfect fit and optimum hold of the Protos make it perfect for working at heights where face protection is indispensable. The ear protection and face shield are integrated into the shell of the head protector, thus preventing them from sticking to branches and protruding parts. The special construction of the Protos allows the cooling air to flow in from all sides and escape through the ventilation slide. This ensures that the head does not collapse even during the most strenuous activities. The guidance of the chinstrap is constructed so that it can not slip under the hearing protection and influence the noise level or the wearing comfort. Thanks to the deep neck shell, the head protection sits perfectly even when tilted and over-the-head, providing a secure hold. In addition the entire modular principle is adjustable with only two fingers. This model is additionally equipped with a chinstrap. For safety reasons, the outer helmet shell should be replaced every 5 years.
