Finally a speed bag platform that folds away between uses to conserve space and keep training, workout and traffic areas open when not in use. Features a 16” vertical adjustable steel L-frame that allows adjustment for any size athlete with two security pull-knobs. An almost 1” melamine covered wooden drum delivers excellent responses, rapid rebounds and super speed. When finished training, the round platform can be easily folded inward with two pull-pins to open up space in the basement, garage, training area or gym. Designed to mount in 16" on-center wood wall studs for home use, or masonry walls for gym use. An easy to assemble speed bag platform that delivers excellent results and super quick action from the pro style drum. A professional style swivel is included to assure superior results.
