The Dake Force 100 model electrically operated hydraulic Dura Press is powered by a three-phase, 220/440 dual-volt submerged motor to apply up to 100 tons of force to facilitate pressing and forming. The heavy steel-plate H-frame accepts large and bulky items, and the table height adjusts for proper positioning with the included lifting chain. The three-point lever provides single-handed control over ram movement, both advancement and return. The hand wheel is positioned near the lever to readily adjust the operating pressure and pressing force. The double-acting cylinder moves the ram during the downstroke and the return, providing smooth movement in both directions and enabling precise positioning. The motor has three centrifugal pumps for a quiet, steady oil flow, and the 5-part oil seals provide a tight seal.The press has a gauge with a 4"-dia. display for pressure readings. It also includes two table plates for support when pressing. The base has four 1/2"-dia. holes for floor mounting. Mounting hardware is not included. Hydraulic oil is not included.
