Issued around September, 1939, as Columbia Masterworks set M-373 (records 69641-D through 69644-D), and in slide automatic sequence as AM-373 (records 69645-D through 69648-D). In 1940, the set was reissued in drop automatic sequence as MM-373 (records 70020-D through 70023-D). In Canada, the set was issued as Set D-36 (records 15228 through 15231).
