About Love Flashes By

Product Description A world beat album fashioned from Brazilian, Middle Eastern, experimental influences. Trancy, dancy, cooling down to a mellow ending. A perfect soundtrack for the road, a workout, or a lounge hang. Created by producer/songwriter Tomas Marsh and Jassvan Delima, a DJ with a Brazilian music program on WKCR in New York city, bvibes is a creative playground where old rhythms of Brazil and the USA are combined with contemporary sensibilities. About the Artist Jassvan de Lima is a DJ, songwriter and producer, the program director and producer of "som do Brasil", the top Brazilian music radio show in New York city. He has a passion for music and an excellent voice talent that magnetically invites thousands of devoted listeners to share his expertise and wealth of information on the history of Bossa Nova, Samba, Forro and other Brazilian musical rhythms. He is well respected and often sought for guidance on historical research, is asked to write performance reviews, and conduct interviews with virtually every Brazilian artist coming to the Big Apple. Concert promoters and producers, entertainment venue owners, the media, artists, and colleagues often rely on Jassvan to prepare for their productions and performances. Jassvan writes a music column for The Brazilians, a New York newspaper circulated to the 200,000 Brazilians living in the city. Tomas Marsh is a guitarist/singer/songwriter/producer. He was a Warner Bros. recording artist in Brazil, and after extensive touring, moved to New York city where he opened a studio, Steamroom Studios. He performs regularly in the city and produces many different types of music for and international roster of clients. He writes music and lyrics in English and Portuguese and his style of music is a blend of pop rock with Brazilian influences, ranging from bossa nova to samba-reggae. He is interested in the possibilities of blending influences in his writing and the bvibes project is a perfect vehicle for his experimentation in writing.
