SEM stands for Scanning Electron Microscope. It's a microscope that uses electrons instead of "light" to form microscopic pictures. The final image is a 3D-like picture of the sample. Needless to say that these microscopes are extremely expensive and mainly used for research. Not anymore!!! This book is a collection of real pictures from a Scanning Electron Microscope. They are in greyscale (remember, electrons, not light, so no color), and they can be colored using pencils. Perfect present for your nerd friend or curious kids. I have chosen ten objects and recorded multiple SEM pictures for each of them, for 70 photos to be colored. The images have been recorded to be aesthetically pleasing and modified for being easily colored using pencils.
