This book continues the author’s previous volume, Vertical and Horizontal Ridge Augmentation: New Perspectives, published in 2017, and describes aspects of hard and soft tissue augmentation. It has a more detailed section on the mandible and focuses on larger defects in different surgical steps in native, fibrotic, and scarred tissue types around the mental nerve during flap advancement.
