To heal is to do the hard work… it’s facing every hurtful emotion… it’s shutting down past feelings when they try to explode through random moments in my life. I am focused on my current path. I am in touch with my mind, body, and soul. My heart is pure. I only hold the best intentions. Discovering myself through the years has been a painful yet bittersweet process.
